HOW TO ORDER

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Effective as of October 1, 2007

PLACING ORDERS
Orders submitted by fax or by mail will be happily accepted.
PLEASE FOLLOW-UP WITH A PHONE CALL.
We cannot be held responsible for errors for faxes or mail that is not received. All orders must have purchase order numbers.

SPECIAL ORDERS
For orders of 25 dz. or more you may choose from hundreds of colors and fabrics in the market. Call for information.

BILL AND HOLD
We will gladly bill and hold orders for future shipment for three months.
After three months the garments must be released from bill and hold or storage charges will be incurred.
Storage charges are $5.00 per carton per month.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If it becomes necessary to cancel an order, call for a cancellation number to ensure proper processing.
no returns after 3 months.
Shamron Mills, Ltd. must authorize all returns.
An assigned "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" number must show on all authorized return merchandise, or returns will be refused. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and all freight charges unless our company is at fault.
SPECIALS ARE NOT RETURNABLE!! Items that have been worn, laundered or imprinted cannot be returned.

SIZING
An extra charge will be made on all sizing not shown as standard in the catalog.
Call for pricing, minimums and availability.
First extra size is 15% above the first, etc.

IMPRINTING
Kaumography is available with an additional charge of $1.44/dz applications. Customer supplies kaums.

MINIMUMS
Minimum orders are 1 dz. per color per size. Orders less than case pack in a result in a $5.00 handling charge for the order.

TERMS
Net 30 days. FOB our factory or warehouse.
Specials may require deposit.
